When you are happy, you pay by UK bank transfer, we confirm everything in writing, and you travel. Nothing is paid on our website.

You pay by bank transfer to our UK company account, Lumarah Travel Agency Ltd, once you have accepted your written quote. Before sending money, please confirm our bank details by phone on +44 7950 739581. We will never change our bank details by message or email, so if you receive a message saying our details have changed, do not pay and call us first.

Our Umrah packages include return flights into Jeddah and home from Madinah with 20kg of checked baggage and 8kg of cabin baggage per person, hotels in Makkah and Madinah with breakfast, and the Saudi e-visa. Transfers, ziyarat and an Umrah guide are not included, but you can add them as optional extras. For holidays and flight-only bookings, the luggage allowance depends on the airline and fare, and we will show it in your quote.

You can add these extras to any Umrah package at extra cost. Transport: Jeddah Airport to Makkah £40, Makkah to Madinah £100, Madinah to Madinah Airport £40, or all three transfers for £180. Makkah Ziyarat £150 and Madinah Ziyarat £150 (the ziyarat agenda, including dates, times and locations, is confirmed with you). Umrah Guide £140. Yes. The Saudi e-visa is included in every Umrah package, and we arrange it as part of your booking. You will need a passport valid for at least six months and a meningitis ACWY vaccination. Saudi entry rules can change, so we re-check the latest requirements before confirming your trip.

Yes. Every quote is tailored. Tell us who is travelling, your dates and any mobility or health needs, and we can suggest hotels close to the Haram, family rooms and a pace that suits everyone.

Yes, we can quote for Ramadan, the last ten nights, December and the UK school holidays. These are the busiest times of year, so flights and hotels near the Haram fill up quickly. We recommend enquiring as early as possible.
